Construction & Project Management, LLC (CPM) was founded more than 28 years ago by Gary Austin with the goal of delivering high-quality construction services while building lasting relationships with clients. Today, the company is led by owner Kevin Austin, who joined the family business after graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Business Finance and gaining experience at an international building products manufacturer.

From the beginning, CPM has believed that construction is about more than just building structures—it’s about building trust. The company focuses on providing excellent service, transparent communication, and reliable project management so clients feel confident throughout the entire construction process. CPM’s strong understanding of construction financing and project budgeting helps ensure that every client’s investment is protected and that projects are completed efficiently and responsibly.

CPM is a close-knit team dedicated to providing personal attention and exceptional service to every client. Owner Kevin Austin is directly involved in every project, serving as the project manager from start to finish. This hands-on approach allows CPM to stay closely connected to each project and quickly resolve any issues that arise.

The team includes Carrie Austin who serves as a special projects coordinator, Keilan Austin a project manager along with John Hunter, who works as controller and estimator. In the field, three experienced superintendents oversee daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors. By keeping the company intentionally smaller, CPM ensures every client receives personalized service and direct communication throughout their project.

CPM specializes in commercial construction projects, in medical and dental offices buildouts, and general office tenant improvements. The company serves as a licensed and bonded general contractor for a variety of projects, including large remodels and ground-up construction.

A key strength of CPM is its detailed bidding and planning process. The team works closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to carefully review plans and ensure accurate project estimates. By focusing on thorough preparation and value engineering, CPM helps clients prioritize essential features, manage costs, and minimize unexpected changes during construction.
